Schedule of Rates

We specialize in web sites for small businesses, communities, clubs and organizations.  Here is a list of our fees:


Domain Registration:

We will register your new domain or renew your domain registration for $15 per year.  We recommend, however, that our clients do this themselves so that their domain registration is in their own name.  We will walk through this process with you at no charge if we design and host your site.


Basic Website:

Creation of a web site of up to three (3) pages, including a homepage, a links page and one other related page ... $200.00

Basic Website Package:

Creation of a Basic Website plus hosting for the first year  ... $250.00

Following the first year, the annual hosting fee is $75.00.

Standard Website:

Creation of a web site of up to eight (8) pages, including a homepage, a links page, and up to six (6) additional related pages ... this also includes one form with Captcha Security Code, if needed ... $275.00

Standard Website Package:

Creation of a Standard Website plus hosting for the first year  ... $325.00

Following the first year, the annual hosting fee is $75.00.


Hosting:

The average cost to host your website on our server is $75.  Depending on a number of factors, some sites may be hosted for less and some may cost more

Non-commercial groups, registered not-for-profits, service organizations or clubs are eligible for a discounted rate


Maintenance:

Any required maintenance, editing or updates on your site will be done at the rate of $25 per hour, with a minimum of one hour billed per session.  Not for profits groups will receive a discount.

If your site requires regular updates (ie: weekly or monthly), we will design a fee schedule to suit your needs.


The Small Print:

  • the registration/renewal of your domain name is included ... the registration fee itself (as indicated above) is the responsibility of the client ... if you prefer to do this yourself, we will guide you through it

  • the rates indicated includes one trip to your location (in Jefferson, Lewis or St. Lawrence Counties), if needed, to plan your site.  A major part of the planning can be done by phone or e-mail.  If additional trips are needed, or if you are located in a different area, mileage charges may be applied 

  • we will design your site or work from your design

  • we will custom design your banner and company logo, if necessary, based on pictures you provide in .jpg or .gif format

  • scanning of five (5) photos is included in all plans ... beyond that scanning of photography is extra at $1.00 per photo

  • inputting of text within the scope of the website is included.  In the case of large amounts of text, there may be an extra cost, depending upon the size of the document(s)

  • conversion of  files to .pdf format is extra at $1.00 per page, unless counted as one of the pages in the plan

  • pages in excess of plan amounts (either in terms of number or size of pages) will be charged extra.  The page limit is 20 kB.  Pages in excess of this will be billed at $1 per kB per page.  Also, pages beyond a basic plan will automatically be upgraded to a standard plan.  Pages beyond a standard plan will be billed at the rate of $12 per page

  • special features such as guestbooks, shopping carts, and on-line payment acceptance are extra

  • additional charges may result from issues on some servers requiring additional code writing
